Logicalis has unified its service area throughout Latin America to offer integrated services with a unique experience for all clients in the region. The movement aims to develop the robustness and homogeneity of the business continued services offerings, which includes support and maintenance, managed services, NOC, SOC, and outsourcing.
“Companies increasingly invest in technology aimed at business’ digital transformation. With it, their teams must focus on how technology may directly affect the business. Our mission is to ensure availability, performance, and security to the IT environment while allowing employees to concentrate on digitalization demands and the end-customer experience,” says Paulo Torres, Logicalis’ Optimal Services director for Latin America.
The main goal in integrating the Latin-American operations is to unify the service and provide the client with the same experience, anywhere in the region, through standardized portfolio and tools. Moreover, thanks to the expertise and the inherited team from the Coasin acquisition, in 2018, Chile has become a new services hub for Spanish-speaking countries, alongside Brazil as Logicalis’ two leading regional service centers.

In addition to the regional integration, the area underwent restructuring to guarantee excellence in all activities. Therefore, three new director positions now add to the existing ones. Carlos Alves is the new services evolution director and head of research and portfolio, pre-sales and services proposals, and Microsoft teams, as well as head of the customer success area for Latin America. Anne Ferreira is now responsible for the Optimal Services Center (OSC) Brazil and leads the regional Service Intelligence, Customer Experience Center (CXC), and Automation & Data Science teams. While Joseph Michell, based in Chile, leads the Optimal Services Center (OSC) Hispanic America and is the regional head of governance and financial management of the entire Latin-American services structure.
Logicalis’ advanced services portfolio splits into three categories: Lifecycle, which supports the IT operation, identifying and solving equipment failures; Managed, responsible for infrastructure management and delivering proactive actions, identifying instability before machinery stoppage; and Provisioned, which manages 100% of the client’s IT environment. Additionally, complementing the Optimal Services portfolio, Logicalis created the customer success program, through which operates closer to the client, helping them to optimize the use of existing solutions. Currently, the Logicalis Optimal Services offers support and maintenance services to more than 750.000 equipment from several makers and counts with more than 600 certified professionals.
